Educational achievement plays an important role in being selected by the high-profile companies to work for them. The significance of students with academic qualification earning high salary as compared with people who doesn’t have qualification. It has become a debatable topic. Some people claim that students drawing good salary have to pay full cost of their courses. Others reject to this notion. I completely agree that students who earn high salary have to give full cost of their course. This essay would elaborate both aspects and thus lead to a plausible conclusion.

At the outset, in competition world, education is necessary factor to get settled job. Highly educated students can afford to take the burden of the cost of their courses Students with high qualification are the first preference for the any organizations to get hired. As these people are economically well settled and can pay entire course fee to college institutions. Government should concentrate more on the students who are not capable to pay cost of their education.

Government has to bring certain policies for the students who cannot afford their fees. For example, in Italy, government has introduced a new scheme for students who are not able to pay their fees due to their financial condition. So, government has to take certain steps to bring out hidden talents by helping them with financial fund. This may help them to reach their desired position in life.

According to the above-mentioned arguments, one can conclude that students who earn good salary has to pay full college fees leads to unfairness among students and the education departments should take certain actions and bring new schemes for the students who are not well settled.
