Speaker talks about the special train which started in 1893 from Newyork to Chicago. It was very successful and it was pulled by a steam engine. It has 5 carts 2 sleeps, observation cart and a baggage cart. Surprisingly it also has a small library. It also has a barber on the train. People have to wait for 2 years to get the reservation. In the year of 1945 steam engine replaced by Diseal Engine. But at the end of 1960, people started traveling by car and airplane and the diesel engine didn’t survive.
