In today’s world, the belching and unauthorized behavior is unacceptable in modern offices and has always been a debatable topic. People working in cooperate offices believe that employees behaving with such activities should be punished. I completely agree with the statement that such behavior is not allowed in working environment or modern society. This following essay would further elaborate the reasons why it is not encouraged in office premises and thus lead to a plausible conclusion.

There is a deluge of arguments in favor of my opinion. All the companies are organized with certain policies to support the workers and to maintain peace functioning of offices. Belching is an inappropriate method and is not accepted in a social culture where we live. Unauthorized behavior would definitely disturb the working climate in a negative way.   It disturbs other co-workers working with you and make them feel uncomfortable. For example, if employee after having heavy lunch in office releases a sudden noise of gas through his mouth, it will be very disturbing to other employees.

Secondly, there should be good understanding between employers and employees as it contributes to the growth of organization. But few employees and employers don’t follow the policies and create an embarrassing or problematic situation. Bad behaviors like bullying and harassing other employees, using abusive languages, aggressiveness will distract the other staff and would lead to unproductive loss of time. Head of the department have to deal with these complaints accordingly.

To recapitulate, according to the arguments aforementioned, one can conclude that people involving in belching and behaving against company policies will be treated with strict policies.
