The given image shows the reproduction process of virus . It consists of five basic steps. In first step, a virus particle attaches to a host cell which is called adsorption. It is then followed by second step, in which the virus particle injects its genetic instructions DNA or RNA into the cell. After that the virus replicates and assembles itself in the cell. In the end the new viruses kill the cell so that they may break free and search for a new host cell to continue the cycle.
