The lecture was about wind turbine power & its features. The wind turbine can be used to power water pumps or electricity generator. The power that it generates basically depends upon, the wind power of course, number of sails, an area of sails & the angle of the sails. The angle of the sail should be slightly bending which will help the turbine to rotate. A small paper windmill can be made at home which can help to run some electronic devices at home.
