To begin with, we can see that there are six countries in comparison, which are Australia, Switzerland, Iceland, the UK, New Zealand and USA. According to this graph, for male, the highest number of employment rate in 1995 goes to Iceland at 70% and that in 2005 goes to Iceland at 83%.Last but not the least, for female, the highest number in 1995 goes to Switzerland at 55% and that in 2005 goes to Switzerland at 67%. In conclusion, Iceland had the highest employment rates for male and Switzerland had the highest rates for female throughout the period.
