To begin with, we can see that there are three parties in comparison, which are non-OPEC, other OPEC, and OPEC middle east. According to this graph, for the time period 1980 to 2000, non-OPEC would increase by 2 million barrel. Last but not the least, for the time period 2000-2010, non-OPEC would increase by 18 million barrels, other OPEC would increase by 13 million barrels, and the middle east would increase by 7 million barrels. In conclusion, from 2010 to 2020, OPEC Middle East would increase by 16 million barrels, other parties would not increase as much as OPEC Middle East.
